Job responsibilities
· To handle and lead troubleshooting and analysis root cause of issues, record them after issues have been fixed.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the company's inbound and outbound logistics activities. You will work closely with our Purchasing, Finance, and Operations departments to ensure that materials, equipment, and finished products are transported efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
You will maintain close communication with freight forwarders and logistics service providers, collect quotations, evaluate transportation solutions, and coordinate international shipments both into Sweden and from Sweden to customers across Europe and worldwide.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth logistics operations that support our production and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate inbound shipments of raw materials, equipment, and other goods to Sweden.
Arrange outbound shipments of finished products to customers across the EU and international markets.
Communicate and negotiate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
Collect and compare freight quotations, transportation solutions, transit times, and service offerings to select the most suitable logistics solution.
Coordinate transportation schedules to ensure on-time deliveries and minimize logistics costs.
Work closely with the Purchasing department to support procurement and supplier deliveries.
Collaborate with the Finance department to process logistics-related contracts, invoices, and payment documentation, ensuring accurate financial records.
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, customs documentation, and other logistics records.

JOB COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
Completed upper secondary education; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an advantage.
Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain coordination, or international transportation.
Experience coordinating international shipments and working with logistics service providers.
Good understanding of import/export procedures and shipping documentation is preferred.

Qualifications
Required

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Process Operator at Senior Material, you'll play a vital role in ensuring handle machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film.


Joining a driven and growing department, you will collaborate closely with internal departments and have a close collaboration with our Operations team!


Reporting to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will mainly include to correctly fill in all required data, checklists, pallet info, shift-info, and other information. And you also need to handle the product with care and make sure it fulfills all quality requirements.
In summary, you will play an important role in the Operations department!


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To handle machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film.
2. To correctly fill in all required data, checklists, pallet info, shift-info, and other information.
3. To handle the product with care and make sure it fulfills all quality requirements.
4. Cleaning is a very important part of the work since the production runs in a cleanroom.
5. Always put your and your colleague’s safety first.
6. Keep a good dialogue with managers, other operators and all other employees in the company and make sure the next shift has the relevant info about your machines.
7. Handle the machines with care.
8. Reduce the waste and try to run all operations considering environment and to not use more resources than necessary.
9. Always look for ways to improve the process, quality, and output.
10. Be updated on all related instructions, SOP, policies, and other related documents.

What You’ll Do
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations. Your main responsibilities include:
Acting as the primary quality interface for our customers in Europe and Asia – ensuring smooth, professional, and culturally aware communication.
Leading and supporting customer audits, visits, and quality reviews, both onsite and online.
Managing customer complaints using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D) to drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
Translating and implementing customer-specific quality requirements into internal systems with accuracy and precision.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality expectations are clearly understood and delivered.
Supporting APQP, PPAP, and control plan activities with accurate documentation.

What We’re Looking For Hard Skills (Technical / Formal Requirements) Fluent in English and proficient in Swedish (spoken and written).
Basic understanding of production processes or manufacturing environments.
Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify patterns and trends.

Arbetet kommer innebära att du kommer få en djupare kunskap inom kvalitetssäkring och lära dig massa om olika termer och begrepp som är kopplat till Quality Control! Visst låter det spännande?  Till skillnad från många andra industrier är kravet på renlighet i vår produktion helt avgörande. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for operating the SAP ERP system, specifically the financial (FI) and cost (CO) modules, to ensure all financial data is accurately reflected.
Responsible for reviewing the financial records related to AP and AR, ensuring that supplier and customer master data is regularly reviewed and updated.
Responsible for coordinating month-end reconciliations, ensuring that cash journals, bank transactions, and financial reports are accurate and up to date.
Responsible for collaborating with the production department to assist in the release of standard costs and supporting the creation of income and cost reports.
Responsible for liaising with the headquarters on cost management and sales pricing to ensure alignment with group financial goals.
Responsible for preparing production-related budgets and contributing to financial reporting for management review.
Responsible for assisting in the group audit process, except for bank coordination, credit financing, insurance, and cash management.



Job mandate
To ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Authority to make suggestions related to costing management and financial reporting processes.
Authority to collaborate with other departments and head office to provide financial guidance and support budgeting activities.
Authority to participate in group audits and ensure the availability of necessary financial records.



Job competence requirements
Education level: Bachelor’s degree and above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Job responsibilities:
To be a part of production improvement work in a structured way and with short-term and long-term prioritization between different actions.
Responsible for the design, control and improvement of the process and quality in the production of the product.
Monitor KPI’s related to the comprehensive yield of products in the whole process and implement actions to improve KPI’s.
Responsible for the preparation and management of product production technical specifications, technical standards and process documents.
Responsible for implementing the company's plan for annual product technology optimization goals.
Perform new product process simulations and troubleshoot issues. Ensure operations and products comply with safety and standards.
Work on the localization of resources and development of our suppliers in cooperation with Procurement.
Implement action on how the company’s goal on the comprehensive yield can be met, as well as define what actions are needed to reduce the scrap.
To work for the overall equipment efficiency in the factory, and to increase a safety-based productivity.
To be a service to production and participate in Daily Steering and so forth.
Calculate costs and evaluate different solutions from a cost perspective.



Who You Are?
· Education level: At least BSc in engineering from university
· Required experience: A few years of professional experience as an engineer from work in the process industry, alternatively a bachelor’s degree engineer with several years of experience.
Competence:
· Service minded and a doer.
· Skilled in problem solving.
· Have knowledge of at least English in speech and writing.
· Good communication skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Process Operator at Senior Material, you'll play a vital role in ensuring handle machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film.


Joining a driven and growing department, you will collaborate closely with internal departments and have a close collaboration with our Operations team!


Reporting to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will mainly include to correctly fill in all required data, checklists, pallet info, shift-info, and other information. And you also need to handle the product with care and make sure it fulfills all quality requirements.
In summary, you will play an important role in the Operations department!


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To handle machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film.
2. To correctly fill in all required data, checklists, pallet info, shift-info, and other information.
3. To handle the product with care and make sure it fulfills all quality requirements.
4. Cleaning is a very important part of the work since the production runs in a cleanroom.
5. Always put your and your colleague’s safety first.
6. Keep a good dialogue with managers, other operators and all other employees in the company and make sure the next shift has the relevant info about your machines.
7. Handle the machines with care.
8. Reduce the waste and try to run all operations considering environment and to not use more resources than necessary.
9. Always look for ways to improve the process, quality, and output.
10. Be updated on all related instructions, SOP, policies, and other related documents.



Job competence requirements
Completed upper secondary education.
Preferably previous industrial experience.
Experience in industrial processes.
5S and Lean thinking.
Flexible and helpful to your colleagues.
