WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an MHE Technician, you ensure stable day-to-day MHE operations in the DC and support improvement opportunities in alignment with Global MHE operation principles and standards.
Monitor automation and attend any visible disruption to the automation in a timely manner.
Support solving operational issues –implement first fixes (incl. communication with local Operations and MHE suppliers). And escalation, where needed, to stakeholders in the event of automation incident.
Effectively execute MHE improvement work, repairs and modifications to maximize operational excellence, quality and efficiency.
Compile accident reports and shift logs that can affect results, equipment and maintenance.

The new equipment is supplied by the vendor Vanderlande and includes an ADAPTO shuttle system and Goods-to-Person pick stations.

As a Customs Compliance Administrator you support day-to-day import and export execution, ensure compliance to standards and support global initiatives for trade and customs enhancements.

As a DC Controlling Manager, you make a decisive contribution to the success of the Distribution Center. Additionally, you are a business partner for regional controlling and DC operations to achieve business results, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with regulations. As an MHE Technician, you ensure stable day-to-day MHE operations in the DC and support improvement opportunities in alignment with Global MHE operation principles and standards.
Your main responsibilities:
Monitor automation and attend any visible disruption to the automation in a timely manner.
Support solving operational issues –implement first fixes (incl. communication with local Operations and MHE suppliers). And escalation, where needed, to stakeholders in the event of automation incident.
Effectively execute MHE improvement work, repairs and modifications to maximize operational excellence, quality and efficiency.

Start date during this autumn/winter or by agreement.
Our Retail Distribution Center in Eskilstuna is on an exciting expansion journey! The DC today consists of approximately 450 ambitious, committed and motivated H&M colleagues who share our values and take responsibility for the logistics operations and distribution of fashion items for our retail customers across Sweden, Norway and Iceland.
During 2025, our operations will also include stores in Finland and Denmark. We are installing brand new automation to modernize our business in order to provide a future-proof logistics solution. The new equipment is supplied by the vendor Vanderlande and includes an ADAPTO shuttle system and Goods-to-Person pick stations. The aim is to transition to our new more automated processes during 2025.

As a Customs Compliance Administrator you support day-to-day import and export execution, ensure compliance to standards and support global initiatives for trade and customs enhancements.
Your main responsibilities:
Import planning (and cross-docking) of cargo arriving by all modes of transport (sea, air, truck, rail) both within and outside the EU for the DC’
Export (cross-border) to countries outside the EU in cooperation with internal departments and broker.
Timely prepare and administrate entries for customs clearance and support compliance with global rules, standards and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs
Customs clearance of incoming goods.
Review performance of service providers that deliver to the DC.
Communicate with service providers and handle the process with them.
Approve freight and service invoices for accuracy for the DC’s, as well as budget control.
Keep statistics and KPI´s

We are now looking for an Operations Manager, to join our team at DC in Eskilstuna. As an Operations Manager, you lead efficient inbound or outbound operations, ensure service levels and compliance. You will also work strategically and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency and cost.
Your main responsibilities
Lead the change towards innovative technical solutions, always with our customer in mind.
Lead DC inbound or outbound departments and team leaders to maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency
Manage and ensure logistic capacity needs in collaboration with DC Mgr.
Maximize overall profitability based on cost effectiveness through planning, budget and cost follow up
Recruit, develop and retain workforce for Inbound or Outbound according to capability needs and forecasted capacity requirement
Support Outbound/Inbound Departments to resolve issues, and ensure close alignment with Controlling and Import/ Export, where relevant
The Operations Manager is part of the management team of the warehouse and will be involved in strategical decisions connected to the logistics site and its development in the near future.

We are currently looking for MHE Maintenance Technician to join our DC MHE team in Eskilstuna. Do you have a genuine interest and knowledge in technical linkages, mechanics and logistics? As an MHE Technician, you ensure stable day-to-day MHE operations in the DC and support improvement opportunities in alignment with Global MHE operation principles and standards.

Coordinate and manage all regional import and export processes for commercial and NCG (Non-Commercial Goods)

To be successful in the role we believe you have
Expertise in import and export processes in region across all types of cross-border and multimodal (train/barge/truck) flows
At least 5 years of experience in Logistics Management positions
Strong understanding of global Trade & Customs rules and regulations for regional execution
Solid overview on relevant regional market environment and cross-border trade relationships
Agile mindset with a positive attitude to lead and manage change

This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period of 6 months. The location is based in Eskilstuna and is part of the Logistic Region North Europe. As a MHE Manager, you report directly to the DC Manager. Start date during autumn 2021 or by agreement.
